12. 09.2021 The first project meeting of the WIMS project has started at 9:00. After the presentation of the partners ‘ organizations and their activities so far ( selection of participants, local short training to prepare the participants for transnational meetings, project promotion so far) were presented by each partner organization. The tasks of each partner have been discussed. The expected results and the type of activities were explained by ADI . The financial rules were explained by the project coordinator. Moreover, the risk management and analysis were pointed out by WASLA, the representative of host organization. It was established dates, location, partners involved, administrative arrangements, responsible for the Short-term joint staff training events It was talked about the participation of young people belonging to cultural minorities and fewer opportunities as well as the participation of young people belonging to mainstream culture to local project activities. 13.09.2021 The best communication methods were discussed. The partners agree to elect an officer of communication from each partner organization and his tasks were established. Also the partners discussed about the best methods of communication. Implementation Plan, Dissemination plan Monitoring & Evaluation Plan, Quality Plan and Sustainability Pan – have been drafted by all partners. Responsible, methods, and deadlines were established Budget and accounting was presented by V2020 Risk analyze was done taking account by special condition of pandemic. Thus close communication has been established between partners and monthly zoom meetings or whenever is needed,
