Hosting and Organizer NGO is NECI Cyprus and partners are NECI Romania, NECI Malta, NECI Turkey, E.K.E Hungary, VVJC Lithuania, SZCW Poland. Throughout the activities we achieved the main objectives of the project: -Recognizing the importance of international cooperation in reducing adverse behavior among people - developing the competences of youth workers -Increasing awareness on social inclusion -providing opportunities for international mobilities to youth workers with less experience. Participants were motivated by basic methods such as youth work, non formal learning activities, sharing and doing, outdoor assignments, role plays, ice breaking, jigsaw methods. The importance of intercultural dialogue and social participation has been identified and awareness has been increased and its importance strengthened. The training and communication skills of youth workers have been strengthened and improved.

Tokat Vocational Technical Anatolian High School Teachers Muslim Kaçmaz and Abdulkadir Yasar attended our training seminar in our country. Muslim Kaçmaz about the subject; "We are teaching, we are carrying out the activities of the Aircraft Youth Club in our school, we are also working on the association. We participated in the training course to realize our goal. Experiences of youth workers from other countries of Europe were shared. Through our project activities we have gained the methods and techniques that can actively deal with our young people. As an educator interested in young people, I believe that we have increased our competence in approaching youth, in terms of social inclusion, solidarity and cultural approach. Our competencies have been identified with YouthPass documentation.
