This project is designed to encourage widespread learning that the representatives of the joint organizations will share their personal and professional experiences, contribute to their competence, cooperate -based, work independent of the background, and develop a program that will meet the following objectives:
Target 1: International cooperation between the target group, young people and youth employees aiming to eliminate discrimination and marginalization between experienced and inexperienced organizations and individuals, as well as social inclusion application.
Target 2: We aim to develop projects that will have an effective impact on the next Erasmus period on healthy being, lifestyle and generally healthy society (mind, body).
Target 3: To develop skills and competencies for young people to develop entrepreneurship and employability.
The project also meets international, EU and E+ goals:
-Encourages the participation of young employees and young people, especially those with limited opportunities.
-Provides security and pleasant learning environment
